Hi Everyone,

I attached a Resource Sheet for youth SUD services in the Metro area.

We would also like to share information about the recent Opioid Settlement. Below is a breakdown of the allocations and here is a link from OHA for more information: Oregon Health Authority : Opioid Settlement Prevention, Treatment and Recovery Board : Opioid Overdose and Misuse : State of Oregon

Opioid Settlement Update

    1. Allocated 13.7 million dollars towards primary prevention to the Oregon Health Authority to disseminate to local communities
    2. $ 9.5 million disseminated to Oregon counties
    3. $ 3 million- disseminated to  culturally and linguistically specific community based organizations and regional health equity coalitions
    4. $ 450,000- allocated towards professional development that go towards training 100 certified prevention specialists

Hope you have a great summer and we’ll see you in the Fall,
