NAMI Connections - in-person!

Are you looking to get out of the house, and come to a welcoming space where you can connect with others?

Our in-person Connections group is a great place to meet others who have also experienced living with a mental health condition. It's a welcoming group that would love to welcome you and meet you right where you're at!

NAMI Connections is free and peer-led, and open to any adult who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition. You will gain insight from hearing the challenges and successes of others, and the groups are led by trained leaders who've been there.

If you have any questions about this group, please contact Peer Wellness Specialist Robert Rhoden at robert@washconami.org.

This group meet Wednesdays from 2-3pm, in-person at NAMI of Washington County.
