Promotoras is offering a new, short-term CBT program for Latine adults. Attached is the flyer and here are a few translated notes about the program:
- focuses on CBT strategies
- free
- 8 sessions, 35-40 minutes, all via telephone
- for Latine adults who are experiencing depression symptoms
- not recommended for people with bipolar or schizophrenia diagnoses
- not recommended for people struggling with substance abuse
