As we wrap up this school year, we want to extend gratitude for all your hard work and dedication in supporting the safety, mental health, and well-being of the youth and communities in our region. We are excited to announce that we have decided on the date for next year's School Safety and Mental Health Summit! Mark your calendars for Wednesday January 15, 2025 as we prepare for another impactful event. Our virtual summit will cover a variety of topics related to creating environments where all students feel a sense of safety and belonging. These topics include integrated models of mental health, community partnerships and collaboration, multi-tiered systems of support, strengths and resilience, crisis intervention, and structural barriers. We are currently seeking ideas for our keynote speaker. If you know of or have experienced inspiring speakers who share valuable insights in engaging, effective, or entertaining ways, please share your thoughts with us at the link below. |
