A Webinar That's Not Just Another Lecture on Self-Care

While our bodies are designed to move between states of stress and relaxation, we often find ourselves stuck: exhausted physically, emotionally, and mentally. It is easy to become resigned to this state or to lose perspective that it is occurring at all.

Join us this Mental Health Awareness Month for a webinar on May 16th at 1 PM ET to discuss the latest research on resilience and hope. Rebecca Ames, LICSW, Senior Clinical Manager for Riverside Trauma Center and MindWise Innovations, will offer an action-oriented approach to help you get unstuck.

No one needs another lecture on self-care, so we're offering practical tools to help you implement changes in everyday life, such as:

  • Simple strategies to metabolize stress
  • Evidence-based practices for motivating the mind
  • Building blocks for creating new habits and cultivating resilience
