Parenting Tip: The Sanctuary
Whenever we talk to parents, one of the biggest questions that comes up is, “How do I open the line of communication with my kids?” It’s hard to start conversations about tough topics.
Our Parent Program Specialist, Michelle, has a cool idea: turning her bedroom into a sanctuary, a space where her kids can openly talk about anything.
Come hear more from Michelle next weekend - she’s sharing her own story at our Parenting & Mental Health event in Forest Grove!
Watch this video to hear about “the sanctuary.”
