Subject: Presentation: Substance Use Stigma within School Settings
Hi Everyone,
Please also ‘Save the Date’ for our January 8th Learning Collaborative meeting at 1pm where both Planners and Providers will convene. We are excited to announce we were able to collaborate with a guest speaker who will address substance use stigma within school settings. We are excited about this opportunity to hear from Lydia Bartholow and anticipate it will be an impactful session. Lydia Bartholow, DNP, PMHNP, CARN-AP, is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatric Emergency Services and Assistant Professor at OHSU. She specializes in addiction medicine, harm reduction, health justice, and trauma-informed care. You can learn more about her work and experience from her website.
If your district is in need of additional Teen Intervene 4th Edition books, please let us know by December 15th how many your district would like to request. There is a holiday sale with significant savings on shipping cost and Washington County may be able to purchase additional books.
Thank you and please let me know if you have any questions,
