National Native American Heritage Month is celebrated each year in November. This November and every month, we celebrate the culture and heritage of the remarkable diversity of American Indian and Alaska Native cultures and peoples. We commemorate this month by focusing on remembering the past and raising awareness of the customs and struggles of Native people through history. The MHTTC joins other national organizations to raise awareness on this topic and to educate others. |
