I'm passing along this information from a OHA newletter.

The Oregon Legislature passed HB 3139 in 2021 to clarify when it is required to notify parents or engage trusted adults in suicide prevention safety planning. After an extensive amount of work in partnership with advocates across the state, OHA has launched a webpage on information for providers and trusted adults that includes FAQs, a training video for providers and materials for trusted adults and youth. Please note that the youth friendly materials underwent another update (including more focus groups and feedback sessions), led by the Oregon Alliance to Prevent Suicide. That work is not yet ready to be posted, but once it is, the webpage will be updated with those materials.
